A CV stored in your account is not necessarily the same as a CV submitted with an application. When you submit an application, the selected CV becomes associated with that particular application so the relevant institution can review the material you chose to submit.

When you submit an application through DjibConnect, information associated with that application may become available to the institution responsible for the opportunity.

This may include the specific CV selected for the application, a submitted cover letter where applicable, relevant candidate information, application status, interview information and other information required for the recruitment workflow.

Authorized institution users may also create recruitment-related information, such as application stages and internal recruitment notes. Internal notes are intended for authorized institution recruitment workflows and are not the same as messages sent to candidates.

Institutions using DjibConnect are responsible for their own recruitment decisions and for handling candidate information appropriately within their authorized use of the platform.

DjibConnect may provide AI-assisted functionality such as CV analysis, CV improvement, opportunity matching, gap analysis or generation of application-related content.

When you request an AI-assisted feature, relevant information may be processed to produce the requested result. Depending on the feature, this may include CV text, opportunity descriptions, requirements or instructions supplied by the user.

AI-generated output may contain errors or inappropriate assumptions. Users should review generated content before relying on, saving or submitting it. AI analysis and matching are intended to assist users and institutions and do not guarantee employment, interviews, candidate suitability or recruitment outcomes.

DjibConnect relies on technology and infrastructure providers to operate parts of the platform. These services may support functions such as authentication, database infrastructure, file storage, hosting, security and AI-assisted processing.

Information may therefore be processed by service providers where necessary to provide the relevant functionality. DjibConnect seeks to limit such processing to what is reasonably required for the service being provided.
